Guy founded Plus Delta Partners in 2004 with the goal of helping non-profits fulfill their missions more fully and efficiently by improving their fundraising efforts.

He hoped to leverage his business, sales, communications and team-building acumen to benefit as many social sector organizations as possible so they could expand the impact of their remarkable work. Many years and over 200 client engagements later, Guy is proud of Plus Delta’s proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar returns on investment for a host of preeminent non-profit organizations across the U.S. and UK.

Guy earned an MBA and MIM from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from James Madison University. He enjoys making an impact through his own giving, cycling in the hills of Southern California and spending time with his family.
