Dr. Dan Seagrave

Dan Seagrave, PsyD, ABPP, has supported U.S. military special operations and other national security programs for 20 years as a civilian Operational Psychologist and Professional Coach. He provides consultation on enhancing leadership skills, optimizing team performance, shaping organizational culture, and selecting ideal candidates for sensitive programs.  It’s been a privilege for him to support special operators who serve our country with honor and selflessness.

For the past nine years, he has worked full time for several military organizations, including the 75th Ranger Regiment—the U.S. Army’s premier large-scale special operations raid force—in addition to sensitive programs for Special Forces (Green Berets) and other units. Prior to this time, he supported the nuclear weapons mission of the U.S. Government and worked as a forensic psychologist and forensic hospital administrator.

Dr. Seagrave earned his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.  He then completed post-doctoral fellowships in Clinical Neuropsychology at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute and in Forensic Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is also board-certified in Forensic Psychology.
